Content Guidelines
Acceptable Content: Constructive feedback, personal experiences, questions related to program material, supportive encouragement, and professional insights relevant to coaching goals.
Unacceptable Content: Personal attacks, discriminatory language, unsolicited advice, off-topic discussions, promotional material for external services, and content violating privacy or confidentiality agreements.
Age Restrictions and Requirements
Minimum Age: Participants must be at least 18 years old to enroll in individual programs. Participants aged 16-17 may join with parental consent and appropriate modifications to program content.
Capacity Requirements: All participants must demonstrate sufficient mental capacity to understand program commitments, make informed decisions about their participation, and engage meaningfully in coaching activities.
